If you’re driving, convenient paid parking is available directly across the street and in nearby lots (rates may vary during events). Prefer not to drive? Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are easy to find, and the RTA HealthLine and train make it simple to explore other parts of the city or reach Cleveland Hopkins Airport. ✹ When booking, dynamic pricing per guest is used to accommodate different group sizes and keep rates competitive. Stays for up to 4 guests are included in the base rate. For groups larger than 4, an additional guest fee applies to help cover increased utility usage, extra amenities, and the added maintenance required for larger groups. This allows us to maintain a fair and balanced pricing structure for all guests.

✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in the chute located outside the unit. No cardboard down the chute.

✹ This cozy home is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ To ensure a seamless check-in and a clear understanding of the rental terms, guests are required to complete the following upon booking confirmation:

✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee

✹ Early Check-in:
If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.
Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in.

✹ Late Check-out:
Late check-out requests are rarely approved, as our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to prepare the unit for the next guests.

✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.

✹Our space includes a laptop-friendly workspace with a table, comfortable seating, and easy access to power outlets—perfect for remote work or catching up on emails.

✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.
