Where It Started

Bernie and Courtney started with one long-term rental in their hometown that they converted into a short-term rental, handling everything themselves from guest support to cleaning and maintenance.

How We Grew

The property took off, and they decided to make it a real business. They became co-hosts for other property owners, brought on team members, and built out the systems to run it all well.

Eagle Stays now has a team of 8 managing 20–40 properties across Northeast Ohio, with a focus on repeat guests and property owners who want a hands-off, high-performing investment.
