Is this a pet-friendly property?
No. To protect the health and comfort of future guests who may have allergies, pets are not allowed.
What is your minimum and maximum length of stay?
We require a minimum stay of 2 nights. The maximum length of stay is 365 days.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: Anytime after 5:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM (strict)
The 11:00 AM check-out allows our professional cleaning team enough time to thoroughly clean and sanitize the home for incoming guests.
What is your check-in process?
We use a secure smart-lock system, so guests can check in easily without waiting for the host. Detailed instructions are provided prior to arrival.
Does the property have security cameras?
Yes. A security camera is located outside near the entrance. There are no cameras inside the home.
Do you have a TV with free streaming services?
Yes. The property includes a TV with free online streaming services.
Do you have quiet hours?
Yes. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (EST).
Do you allow parties or events?
No. Parties and events are not permitted.
Do you collect a security deposit?
No. We do not collect security deposits and trust guests to treat the home with care.
Do you allow long-term stays?
Yes. Long-term stays are welcome for up to 365 days. If you’d like to extend your stay, just let us know.
Do you provide basic toiletries?
Yes. Complimentary soap and shampoo are provided.
