✹ To ensure a seamless check-in and a clear understanding of the rental terms, guests are required to complete the following upon booking confirmation:

✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee
✹ Early Check-in:
If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.
Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in.
✹ Late Check-out:
Late check-out requests are rarely approved, as our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to prepare our home for the next guests.
✹ CRIBS/BABY GEAR: Let us know at least a week in advance if you’ll need a crib, so we can have it ready and waiting for your little one before you arrive!
✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.
✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.
✹At certain times of the year, our area becomes a bustling hub for bayflies, also known as muffleheads. They play an important role as a food source for many aquatic animals like fish, frogs and other water-based insects. We do our best with regular pest control, but you might spot them during their peak seasons. Embrace the natural wonder and enjoy your stay!

We are so happy to have found Lakeview Cottage. The lake view IS amazing and the cottage was perfect with a four season room facing the lake. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The bathrooms were nice as well. Love the decor. The hosts were very responsive. We will definitely be back!
