Stays for up to 8 guests are included in the base rate. For groups larger than 8, an additional guest fee applies to help cover increased utility usage, extra amenities, and the added maintenance required for larger groups. This allows us to maintain a fair and balanced pricing structure for all guests. ✹ This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short term rentals and earned favorable reviews. ✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away. ✹ If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time. It will help us better prepare for your reservation. ✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in. ✹ Late Check-out: Late check-out requests are rarely approved, as our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to prepare our home for the next guests. ✹ CRIBS/BABY GEAR: Let us know at least a week in advance if you’ll need a crib, so we can have it ready and waiting for your little one before you arrive! ✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee. ✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost. ✹Our space includes a laptop-friendly workspace with a table, comfortable seating, and easy access to power outlets—perfect for remote work or catching up on emails. ✹ Get ready for a unique seasonal spectacle! At certain times of the year, our area becomes a bustling hub for bayflies, also known as muffleheads. While they are a pesky pest, in the aquatic ecosystem they play an important role as a food source for many aquatic animals like fish, frogs and other water-based insects. We do our best with regular pest control, but you might spot them during their peak seasons. Embrace the natural wonder and enjoy your stay!
