👑 5 BEDROOMS + 5 KING BEDS
One of this home's biggest advantages for group travel is its sleeping setup.
Instead of filling the property primarily with bunk beds, the home offers five king beds across five bedrooms, giving couples and adult guests significantly more personal sleeping space.
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: King bed
Bedroom 4: King bed + Single bed
Bedroom 5: King bed + Single bed
Living Room: Queen air mattress
Maximum occupancy: 14 guests

This setup works especially well for multiple couples, extended families, wedding groups, reunions, and friends traveling together.

🏡 TWO CONNECTED SECTIONS | GREAT FOR GROUPS
The historic property is divided into two connected sections, giving larger groups additional flexibility while still allowing everyone to stay together.
Front Section:
3 bedrooms — 1 downstairs + 2 upstairs
Back Section:
2 bedrooms — 1 downstairs + 1 upstairs
Each section also has access to bathrooms on both levels.
This layout can be particularly convenient for multi-generational families, multiple couples, or groups that want both shared spaces and some added privacy.

🚿 4 FULL BATHROOMS
Large groups need more than bedrooms.
With four full bathrooms, getting everyone ready for a wedding, dinner, event, or day exploring Medina is much easier.
The bathrooms include a combination of walk-in showers and shower/tub setups and are stocked with fresh towels and starter toiletries.

🍳 FULL KITCHEN + COFFEE STATION
Prepare breakfast before exploring Medina Square or bring everyone together for dinner at home.
The kitchen includes:
✔ 5-burner electric stove
✔ Full-size refrigerator
✔ Dishwasher
✔ Crockpot
✔ Coffee station
✔ Cookware and utensils
✔ Dining essentials

It's a convenient setup for everything from morning coffee to group meals during longer stays.

🛋️ SPACE TO RELAX TOGETHER
The home's comfortable living spaces give your group room to reconnect between adventures.

Gather for conversation, stream a movie on the 55-inch 4K Smart TV, or simply relax after exploring Downtown Medina.

Fast WiFi is available for streaming, browsing, and remote work.

🔥 FIRE PIT + OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Step outside and enjoy even more room to spend time together.
🔥 Gather around the bonfire/fire pit area
🌳 Enjoy the spacious lawn
🪑 Relax beneath the covered rear patio

☕ Start the morning on the covered front porch
The combination of indoor and outdoor gathering areas gives larger groups options for spreading out throughout the stay.

🕰️ STAY IN A PIECE OF MEDINA HISTORY
This isn't a newly built vacation home—and that's part of what makes the experience unique.
At nearly 200 years old, the house retains historic character and original details while providing modern essentials for today's guests.
Because of the home's age, some architectural features and conveniences may differ from those found in newer construction. Guests should expect the character and quirks that come with staying in a historic property and treat the home with appropriate care.

🚂 A NOTE ABOUT NEARBY TRAINS
Train tracks are located near the property, and trains may occasionally be heard during your stay.
I would use this straightforward wording rather than describing the trains as charming, since guests can have different sensitivities to noise.
