Stays for up to 8 guests are included in the base rate. For groups larger than 8, an additional guest fee applies to help cover increased utility usage, extra amenities, and the added maintenance required for larger groups. This allows us to maintain a fair and balanced pricing structure for all guests. ✹ This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! It will help us better prepare for your reservation. ✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in. ✹ Late Check-out: Late check-out requests are rarely approved, as our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to prepare our home for the next guests. ✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee. ✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. Pet Friendly ★★ PETS ARE ALLOWED – TERMS AND CONDITIONS ✹ We welcome well-behaved pets. Only 2 pets are allowed per reservation (More than 2 pets are negotiable, please seek host approval first before making the reservation) ✹If you’re bringing more than our maximum pet allowed we would require a $500 security deposit ✹ Pets must be house-trained and under their owner’s control at all times. They should not be left unattended in the rental property at any time. ✹ Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors. (Pet cleaning fee minimum of $500 may be charged after the reservation if proven that there was neglect on this item) ✹ If a pet causes damage to the rental property, the guest is responsible for the cost of any repairs or replacements. ✹ Guests must provide proof of their pet’s up-to-date vaccinations and flea/tick treatments before check-in. ✹ If a pet becomes a nuisance to other guests or neighbors, the guest may be asked to leave the rental property without a refund. ✹ Guests are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pets to other guests or neighbors. ✹ By booking this rental property and bringing a pet, the guest agrees to abide by these pet policies.
