✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.

✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.

There were a lot of beds (however the listing is incorrect that the bunk bed room fits 4, it’s a twin bunk bed). We ran into an issue with the AC not working. It was a heat wave the weekend we stayed there so we understand things happen. However, we were told they would send a handy man after the first evening, but it didn’t happen. (multiple rooms were unusable because of the heat. The top floor bedroom was probably 90 degrees so people slept on the floor downstairs to stay cool). They did not send a handy man nor tell us they weren’t going to. We tried to communicate after we checked out we would like some sort of refund and the hosts said they would check but has not been responding to messages. The area itself wasn’t great. The neighbors yelled at us for being on the sidewalk next to the house. Parking situation was a little tough." (6/5)
